Our partner in Trussville, AL is searching for a Medical Receptionist. They want a dedicated individual to serve as a friendly, professional first point of contact for their clientele. The candidate must have 2 + years of experience in a medical office

Responsibilities will include :

Serve as the first point of contact for medical front office and greet clients that come in

Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals

Answer a multi-line phone system with a friendly and professional tone and direct callers to the appropriate personnel

Collect Co-Pays

Check patients in and out

Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence

Assist management with light clerical duties and support functions

Handle the mail delivery, sign for packages and handle any other request needed in the front office

Qualifications :

Must have 2 + years of experience in a medical office

A willingness to work hard, dedication and dependability

Strong attention to detail

Excellent phone etiquette

Punctuality

Able to work with minimum supervision

Customer service-driven personality

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
