We are looking for a creative, empathetic, highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Analyst to join our People team. This role will be an essential part of our day-to-day operations at the firm, making sure we support our employees with thoughtful and compliant best practices and will also support similar projects for our portfolio companies. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong foundational skills in people operations and HR who is looking to grow professionally and learn about venture capital.

What You'll Be Doing :

HR Operations

• Own the day-to-day People Ops functions such as maintaining employee records, managing HR tools / systems, and benefits administration (experience with Sequoia One, Lattice, Asana is helpful but not required).
• Build strong relationships with employees as a go-to resource for HR related matters, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic support.
• Manage key elements of the employee lifecycle including : onboarding and offboarding (in partnership with the Chief of Staff), 360 feedback, benefits OE, and promotion planning.
