Role Overview :
As the Host of Chotto Matte, you're not just the first and last point of contact for our guests; you embody our commitment to exceptional service. You'll warmly welcome guests, manage reservations with finesse, and ensure seamless coordination between departments. Your dedication to upholding the highest service, safety, and hygiene standards will ensure that every guest experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
Key Responsibilities :
- Extend a warm welcome to guests and adeptly manage reservations across various platforms.
- Maintain a demeanor of professionalism and excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize operational efficiency.
- Uphold our company's exacting standards of service quality and presentation.
- Ensure prompt and smooth handling of last-minute reservation changes.
- Champion health, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times.
- Proactively identify and address potential hazards.
- Maintain impeccable personal hygiene, adhere to uniform standards, and exemplify conduct expectations.
- Assist in the setup and execution of service and special events as needed.
- Embrace ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and contribute to departmental goals.
- Actively participate in problem resolution.
