Job descriptionAble to work late nights, holidays, weekends, and long days as necessary Position requires walking and standing most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks and may frequently lift up to 30 pounds. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, and bending. You must be currently authorized to work in the US Food Handlers Safety Certificate preferred

- Must have strong food and wine knowledge
- Prepare dining room, service station and trays according to service standards.
- P rovide warm, welcoming, and attentive service that embodies our hospitality-first philosophy.
- G uide guests through our menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and pairing suggestions.
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Menu knowledge
- Must be able to comfortably walk up and down (3) flights of stairs
