Production Supervisor

As we expand U.S. manufacturing and operations, we’re seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day assembly, testing, and quality operations on our drone production line. This role will play a critical part in leading technicians, coordinating with engineering, and ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities across drone assembly, calibration, and testing stations.
• Ensure production schedules, targets, and quality metrics are consistently achieved.
• Train, coach, and oversee production team members, maintaining a focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee production documentation, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Materials Management to prevent shortages or delays.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and process changes by ensuring production readiness.
• Lead efforts to improve workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize throughput.
• Enforce safety compliance and participate in regular audits and safety meetings.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to leadership and recommend process improvements.
