Our Ideal Cafe Department Manger will be :

Reporting to the Director of Operation / General Store Manager

Qualifications required : High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior management

experience required.

The position of Cafe Department Manager requires the employee to have initiative and be

highly self-motivated. A knowledge and passion for food, quality and customer service is

essential. Knowledge of Safe Food Handling procedures is required.

As a Manager you are required to support and assist the Director of Operations to

maintain the retail and other sections allocated to a high quality and hygienic standard and

provide exceptional customer service as per company guidelines. You will be also required

to assist in the café as required by the Director of Operations .
