We're now looking for a motivated Enterprise SDR Manager to lead and scale our client's Sales Development team as they expand their footprint with enterprise manufacturers across the globe.
What You'll Do
- Lead & Coach : Manage, develop, and inspire a team of enterprise SDRs to consistently exceed pipeline goals.
 - Strategic Leadership : Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute the outbound strategy for the US market.
 - Drive Pipeline Growth : Partner with marketing and sales leadership to create and execute strategies that fill the top of the funnel with high-quality opportunities.
 - Enable & Train : Build onboarding and continuous training programs that sharpen prospecting, messaging, and enterprise outreach skills.
 - Optimize Process : Implement best practices for territory management, account targeting, activity metrics, and conversion rates.
 - Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with enterprise AEs, demand generation, and RevOps to align on strategy, reporting, and feedback loops.
 - Hire & Scale : Recruit top SDR talent as the team expands, ensuring a strong culture of accountability and performance.
 
What We're Looking For
Experience : 25 years managing a team of SDRs, must be in an enterprise SaaS environment.Track Record : History of consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline goals through your team.Leadership : Strong coaching, feedback, and motivational skills you grow people and results.Strategic Mindset : Ability to partner with marketing and sales leadership to create scalable demand-gen strategies.Process-Driven : Skilled at setting clear KPIs, inspecting pipeline health, and running structured 1 : 1s.Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with executive presence.Nice to Have : Experience in manufacturing or supply chain SaaS / familiarity with enterprise manufacturing accounts.Why Join Our Client?
