We are an entrepreneurial institute that is in need of an Event Coordinator to schedule, plan and manage all of our events.

Candidate must have the ability to work well with venue event staff. Candidate must be a self-starter with impeccable communications skills.

Candidate must have the ability to think on their feet and work in a fast-moving environment.

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in reserving venues, creating business partnerships and have a reliable and consistent work ethic.

Candidate must be able to articulate professionally and work productively with minimum supervision.

The perfect candidate will be career-minded, ready to grow with the company and has a follow-through personality. Must be able to travel a minimum of 40% in this role.

Prerequisites / Job Requirements :

  • 2 Years College (Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred)
  • Previous Event Planner / Coordinator experience
  • Ability to Travel

Benefits after 90 Days : Insurance Premium Reimbursement (up to $200), Monthly Bonuses (with met goals) and Comp time.

Salary : $15.00 to $22.00 / hour
