Job description

BayCare is seeking a passionate and strategic Customer Experience Partner to elevate patient experience across Morton Plant, Mease Countryside, Mease Dunedin, and NorthBay Hospitals.

🔹 What Youll Do

  • Lead efforts to assess and improve patient experience
  • Collaborate with leaders to implement best practices
  • Guide teams in interpreting survey data and driving change
  • Coach and mentor staff to deliver extraordinary care

🔹 Qualifications

  • 5+ years in service excellence, process improvement, or RN bedside care
  • Strong communication, data interpretation, and leadership skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, Nursing, or related field
  • CPXP certification preferred

    • 📍 Location : Clearwater, FL

    🕒 Schedule : MonFri, 8 AM5 PM | Hybrid | No weekends / on-call
