Role Overview
The Facility Leader is responsible for leading the pre‑sale, launch, and growth of our first Savannah‑area club — and serving as both a coach and an operator. This role blends leadership, sales, and coaching responsibilities. You’ll manage the club’s day‑to‑day performance, coach members in small group and personal training sessions, and build a high‑performing team that drives growth and retention.
This is not a behind‑the‑desk management position — it’s an active, hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves fitness, people, and performance. You’ll sell memberships, coach sessions, and run the business as if it’s your own.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the pre‑sale process to drive memberships and personal training sales before opening.Coach small group training and personal training sessions with high energy and professionalism.Drive membership and revenue growth through lead follow‑up, community engagement, and team accountability.Build, train, and hold your team to clear KPIs.Retain members by creating an exceptional training experience and club culture.Implement proven systems and SOPs for consistent, repeatable success.Manage club profitability through P&L levers including sales, labor, and expenses.Achieve $10,000 in personal training draft revenue within the first 90 days.Hit membership growth targets during pre‑sale and launch.Build a high‑performing team aligned with company standards.Maintain member retention and positive culture.Deliver operational excellence and financial performance through disciplined execution.Required Experience
3+ years in sales leadership or management (fitness, retail, or franchise preferred).Demonstrated experience driving results and managing a team.Strong communication, sales, and leadership skills.Tech‑savvy : CRM, reporting tools, and general computer fluency.High energy, self‑starter, and able to work independently without handholding.Fitness Qualifications
A fitness certification or degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred but not required.Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of functional movement patterns, coaching fundamentals, and basic anatomy.Those without certification must be able to pass an initial practical assessment and complete a company‑supported certification within the first 60 days of employment (company sponsored certification).Compensation & Growth Path
