Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at ROOM Properties. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and a passion for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining property-related data, customer information, and other critical records to support various business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Entry : Accurately enter property listings, client information, transaction records, and other relevant data into our database and management systems.
• Data Maintenance : Review and update data regularly to ensure it is current, complete, and error-free.
• Document Management : Organize and maintain physical and digital records, including lease agreements, contracts, and customer communications.
• Database Updates : Assist in the creation and modification of data entry templates, ensuring proper categorization and formatting.
• Reporting : Generate and prepare regular reports on property status, client inquiries, and other business metrics as requested by management.
• Quality Control : Perform periodic audits and data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all entries.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth data flow and efficient handling of information.
