Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 law firm seeking a Litigation Associate to join its White-Collar Defense & Investigations Practice in Century City. This practice group represents leading corporations, financial institutions, and executives in high-stakes government investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, and white-collar criminal defense matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex white collar criminal litigation , regulatory enforcement actions , and internal corporate investigations .
• Advise clients on compliance with federal and state regulations , including securities laws , anti-corruption laws , FCPA , and anti-money laundering statutes .
• Work directly with government agencies including the DOJ , SEC , and other regulatory bodies.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal memoranda, motions, and responses to subpoenas and investigatory requests.
• Assist in trial preparation, interviews, and strategy development for defense matters.
