  • The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

    Position Summary

    The Clinical Research Coordinator will play a key role in supporting a diverse portfolio of research studies including government-funded, privately sponsored, and pharmaceutical trials by coordinating and implementing clinical protocols involving human subjects.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the screening, enrollment, and treatment of research participants in accordance with regulatory guidelines, institutional policies, and study protocols.
    • Assist in assessing eligibility and obtaining informed consent, ensuring ethical standards are upheld.
    • Serve as a liaison between the research team, sponsoring agencies, and external collaborators.
    • Manage sample collection, processing, and storage in compliance with study requirements.
    • Support regulatory submissions, including protocol review and ongoing monitoring.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation and administrative files for each study.
    • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Study Manager for all assigned protocols.
    • Contribute to short-term projects and provide cross-coverage support to other research team members as needed.
    • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned or requested.
    • Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
    • Excellent organizational, writing, and verbal communication skills
    • Preferred Qualifications

    • At least two years of relevant experience
    • Other Requirements

      Medical clearance and participation in the medical surveillance program

    • Contact with patients and / or human research subjects
    • Potential bloodborne pathogen exposure
    • Successful completion of applicable compliance and systems training requirements
