Position Overview

HumanEdge is seeking an experienced Travel ED RN to provide high-quality care in a busy emergency department in Clarksville, Tennessee . The nurse will deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, applying critical thinking and clinical expertise to manage acute and emergent cases.

Unit Type : Emergency Department

Beds : 44

Patient Ratio : 1 : 5

EMR : Cerner

Responsibilities

Provide direct emergency care, including triage, assessment, and interventions

Administer medications, IV therapies, and perform procedures per protocol

Implement and follow ACLS, PALS, and NIH protocols

Respond to emergencies and coordinate with multidisciplinary team

Document patient care accurately in Cerner EMR

Delegate tasks and supervise ancillary staff as needed

Requirements

Active TN RN license or multistate / compact license – Required

BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH (ARC / AHA) – Required

Minimum 1 year ED experience – Required; 2 years preferred

Strong assessment, triage, and critical care skills

Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday as needed
