Physicals, New patient visits, Well child, well baby, Sports physicals, Well woman, Minor procedures like Cryotherapy, POCT : HgbA1c, Urinalysis and Retinal Machine for photos

EMR : EPIC

Hospital : clinic

Group / support : 2 LVNs, 6 MA s

Requirements (boards, license) : Board certified, active CA license and EPIC experience preferred.
