IT Systems Analyst

• Essential Functions :
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming requests and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Field and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate team member or group for future resolution
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software; build, set-up, and deploy computers and other company devices for users and new employees
• Reset credentials for email, computers, ERP systems, and other applications
• Assist users both on-site and via remote connections
• Contact and work with outside vendors for service as instructed by management
• Order and maintain supplies as needed for production and maintain on-hand inventory of supplies for assigned sites and report to management
• Report recurring / common issues to higher management during weekly meetings and identify outstanding issues
• Assist users’ technical needs for all business tasks including reporting, navigating websites / software and configuring business devices
