HVAC Technician

Advantage xPO is hiring! We're looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join a leading client in Mobile, AL. If you have experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems and want to grow your career with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a supportive team, this opportunity is for you!

Pay : $28.00 - $33.80 / hr

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

As an HVAC Technician, you'll safely perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems - troubleshooting and servicing equipment like ACUs, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, DDCs, chillers, boilers, and kitchen equipment. Strong communication, teamwork, and safety compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair HVACR equipment per standards
• Read schematics, blueprints, and manuals for efficient operations
• Monitor BMS and refrigerant systems; operate HVAC service tools
• Diagnose issues, report findings, and complete service documentation
• Keep accurate logs and manage parts inventory
• Support major repairs and assist with CMMS scheduling
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following OSHA policies
• Attend training and participate in on-call emergency work
