Base pay range

$19.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr

Are you outgoing, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-energy workplace? If so, this may be the ideal opportunity for you! We are seeking a dynamic, super sales star to lease apartments at our community in Lisle. This is a full-time position.

Applicants must be available to work weekends. Illinois Leasing License required or to be acquired within the first 60 days.

Responsibilities include :

• Greeting residents and prospects
• Showing and renting apartments
• Qualifying applicants
• Follow-up with potential residents
• Preparing lease packages and renewals
• Handling resident issues
• General clerical duties
• Social media management
• Providing excellent customer service
• Experience with Yieldstar & Yardi preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus

Compensation includes a great salary plus commission.
