KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in M&A Services for our KPMG Strategy practice. Responsibilities include :

• Leading engagements and work streams related to the creation and implementation of integration and separation services
• Helping with proposal development / business development activities by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executives
• Managing cross-functional project teams and leading team interviews / workshops
• Driving the development and presentation of final project deliverables
• Managing the quality of engagements and the development of staff

California Salary Range : $120000 - $238700
