Project Coordinator

Are you a task master that goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent customer service? We are looking for a Project Coordinator that will schedule production crews for efficiency, manage projects, communicate project plans with internal stakeholders / customers, and liase with our sales and leadership teams.

Qualifications : As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for : Scheduling and Project Coordination Meet or exceed goals for scheduling crews to capacity.

Review installation calendar and make decisions that increase efficiency and productivity. End-to-end review of jobs to ensure all required tasks are completed (e.

g. customer calls, proposal updates, invoice review, etc.) Partner cross-functionally with accounting, sales, production, Thrasher sales, etc.

to ensure data accuracy. Build strong relationships with Branch Managers and Hello Garage leadership. Customer Support Follow up on reviews, Net Promoter Score (NPS) and cases to ensure customer satisfaction.

Share learning experiences with management team and individuals. Answer questions and problem solve for customers. Leads and participates in orientation and training as it relates to improving the customer experience.

System Support Add or remove Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system access. CRM set up and maintenance of calendars, availability templates, zones, and zip codes.

Troubleshoot CRM issues (open tickets, reset passwords, coordinate resources for help) Add or remove access for various user groups.

National Appointment Center : Provide phone coverage as needed to ensure scorecard metrics are achieved. Provide CRM support (report development, troubleshooting, etc) to National Appointment Center team.

Education and Experience 5+ years relevant experience. Strong project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
