About the Role :

We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to support property operations at our New Haven, CT location. This role is responsible for routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and excellent service to our residents. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a high-performing team, wed love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Complete daily work orders, repairs, and service requests in a timely manner
• Assist with apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks
• Perform maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, and general building systems
• Conduct property inspections and support preventative maintenance programs
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls (on-call rotation required)
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory
