As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned utility locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. This is a primarily driving post, where you will interact with the public and provide outstanding customer service as you perform routine patrols. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following Allied Universal protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for irregularities.

Monitor utility infrastructure areas and report any unusual conditions or security-related concerns.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patrol activities and incidents as required by site procedures.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and client representatives to address security-related matters and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Primarily driving post is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
