Generator Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Energy Management Corporation (EMC) is seeking a Generator Subject Matter Expert to serve as both a technical authority and trusted advisor to our clients. This role blends engineering expertise with direct client engagement, making it ideal for a professional who can translate complex power system requirements into practical, reliable solution

As EMC's in-house generator expert, you will guide application engineering, system design, and integration efforts, while also working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects deliver lasting value. Your influence will span from early-stage technical discussions to system commissioning, with a focus on mission-critical environments such as data centers, healthcare, utilities, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Technical Leadership

• Provide expertise in generator sizing, controls, switchgear, and system integration to support complex projects.
• Conduct load analysis, system studies, and technical reviews to ensure reliable and cost-effective designs.
• Develop technical specifications, proposals, and RFP responses that align with project requirements and industry standards.
• Support troubleshooting and advanced technical problem-solving for sales and field teams.
