Job descriptionDay Shift : 7 : 30am - 7 : 45pm on a rotating schedule ( overtime opportunities available ????Pay & Benefits Starting Wage : $18.15 Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company match Paid Time Off & Holidays Advancement pathways : Setup Technician, Process Technician, Quality Technician, and more! ???? What You'll Do Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently Inspect parts visually and with measuring tools Trim, assemble, and package molded parts Document production output and quality checks Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols Maintain regular and predictable attendance Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to stand and walk for 12 hours and lift up to 30lbs Basic math and measurement skills Reliable, detail-oriented and willing to learn Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required! ????Why Join Piller Aimmco? ???? As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment, operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts for a variety of industries. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for advancement into technical, quality, or engineering positions.
