What You'll Do

As a Teller, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing friendly, efficient service while assisting with a variety of financial transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include :

Creating a welcoming environment and building strong member relationships

Accurately processing member transactions and account maintenance with confidentiality and efficiency

Assisting members with problem resolution and educating them on Altana's products and services

Promoting Altana's Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, service-driven, and eager to grow within our organization. Our ideal candidate will have :

Previous cash handling or teller experience (preferred but not required)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

A working knowledge of computers and proficiency in ten-key data entry
