Job Title : Manufacturing Quality Engineer

About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Engineer to lead product investigations and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys solving complex product challenges. You'll play a key role in enhancing product performance, supporting new product feasibility, and collaborating with teams across Production, Supply Chain, and Quality Control.
Key Responsibilities
Build deep expertise in product performance across design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier processes.
Lead investigations into product nonconformities using data analysis and experimentation to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Partner with internal teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Care) to gather critical data and insights.
Design and manage experiments to support product development and research initiatives.
Analyze results and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Communicate project updates and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
Plan and execute small-scale projects focused on product support, improvement, or innovation.
Contribute creative and efficient problem-solving ideas to improve product quality and reliability.
Qualifications & Skills
3-8 years of experience in a Medical Device Manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, or Biomedical disciplines.
Strong experience in CAPA processes and technical writing.
Familiarity with Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
Hands-on experience with medical devices, chemistry, returns, and batch testing.
Skilled in field investigations and post-market surveillance.
Work Environment
The position requires working onsite from 9 AM to 5 PM, five days a week. The role involves spending time throughout the facility, providing opportunities for involvement in various departments such as R&D, Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Quality. This environment offers the chance to grow into a leadership role as the team expands.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.
