Job descriptionTake ownership of assigned design projects and follow established processes to ensure smooth delivery of creative assets. Work alongside the Senior Creative Director to elevate and maintain brand’s overall look and feel, and ensure execution across teams is on brand. Lead the creation of thoughtfully designed digital editorial content and graphic templates that seamlessly integrate with the site. Collaborate with product design, commerce, and growth teams. Help maintain digital brand guides. 60% — Design 20% — Collaboration with Editorial, Product, UX teams Help build and maintain a happy and creative culture within the design team. Participate in brainstorming and critique sessions that foster big picture thinking while identifying opportunities to raise the bar on the details. 20% — Process Management Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education and experience 5-7 years as a designer Strong typography skills Strong editorial design skills Strong design system skills Strong Figma skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Proficient motion graphics skills Publishing industry experience Branding experience Self-motivated Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills A team player ready to work in a fast-paced environment Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing / Editing Industries : Technology, Information and Internet

Responsibilities
Role focus
Use requirements and stakeholder feedback to design premium visual assets, such as digital editorial designs and content templates, on an ongoing basis.
Present design solutions and build consensus among a broad range of stakeholders.
Keep project management tickets up to date, communicate progress, keep files organized, monitor communication from stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
