Future Talent Program – Automation Engineer

Our Future Talent Program - Technical Track is an 18-month program that will develop your engineering and automation skills in an accelerated process to become leading technical experts. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy.

From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a structured development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position to grow into a future role.

The plan will include collaboration in different projects and activities within your own department as well as formal training and mentorship. Work and meet with colleagues from all over the world and develop a network of future automation engineers. This program will give you broad insight into the company, our culture, and values. After the program ends you will have gained great experiences to help continue your exciting career within our company.

The program starts on July 10, 2023.

We have 2 positions available for Madison, Wisconsin.

You will be travelling 25% of your time to our customer sites.

What you will do

Future Talent Automation Engineer

As a Future Talent Automation Engineer, you provide your automation expertise and experience to the facility in the electrical, instrumentation, and controls disciplines primarily for Cheese processing systems. With your excellent problem-solving and communication skills, you are responsible for the engineering, implementation, documentation, and commissioning of the controls systems for the Cheese Processing Systems and working in close collaboration with other project disciplines to deliver our business objectives.

Your main activities will be :

  • Develop and implement new strategic capabilities which reflect the fast-changing technology landscape and its inevitable impact on our growth strategy.
  • Provide automation technical solutions and project implementation.
  • Design, customize, implement, and validate efficient automation solutions.
  • Improve reliability & efficiency of production lines, improving the diagnostic capabilities, developing improvement, and participating in troubleshooting of complex faults.
