Responsibilities

• Manage the TA tech release strategy and calendar with TPMs
• Own the TA Service Desk and develop a strategy to enhance the TA support process
• Configure ATS dashboard widgets and generate ATS reports for different personas
• Draft or review business requirements to address TA problem statements
• Align funnel programs and projects with the broader tech and tooling strategy
• Drive the change, enablement and adoption strategy to ensure program success
• Negotiate across many teams to broker commitments and program roadmaps, driving a high degree of predictability, re-baselining based on new information and managing complex dependencies
• Communicate across teams, functions and programs – ensuring broad understanding of status, risks, dependencies, and insights
• Ensure the teams you work with set the right goals and implement those goals following standardized reporting methods

Base pay range : $135,000.00 / yr – $195,050.00 / yr. In the United States, base pay zones are :
