We are looking for a Senior CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional to walk alongside our clients, building relationships, and providing experience driven advice.
Our Senior CFP® Advisor will be attentive to the needs of the client and the company, communicative, team oriented, and ethically sound.
We support our team members through continuing educational opportunities and mentorship. Our Senior CFP® Advisor will be eager to mentor the staff and aspire to become a partner.

Responsibilities
Meet with clients and prospects to understand their current circumstances and goals.
Analyze the information presented by the client or prospect to determine how we may be able to help.
Develop and present a plan to help optimize their current financial situation.
Implement the financial plan once put into place and adjust over time as needed.
Meet with clients regularly to monitor investments and financial planning items.
Build relationships with current and prospective clients to help maintain and grow the client base.
Preferred Skills
Strong desire to mentor and lead a team.
Vast knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Experience with MS Office, CRM systems (Redtail), Financial Planning software.
Exceptional Customer Service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
CFP®, Series 7 and 66 (63 / 65) must be current.
Actively licensed in AZ for Health, Life, and Disability insurance.
10+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor.
Clean U4 history.
Professional presentation, pride in oneself and your work.
Organized, detail oriented, exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
Ability to make personal connections, engage and educate clients, ask open-ended questions, and have active listening skills.
Ability to establish trust quickly and build lasting relationships.
Highly proficient in compliance and operational procedures.
Salary
Based on experience and current client base.
Team and Advisor bonus plans.

Office Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm.
