Interim Senior Director, Human Resources Partners & Employee Relations
HCT is seeking an Interim Senior Director, Human Resources Partners & Employee Relations for an 800+ bed hospital system in Illinois.
The responsibilities include :
- Oversight of the day-to-day Employee Relations functions and HR Partner team members.
- Create and support strategies and programs that foster a cohesive team model fostering positive employee populations and overseeing the various client areas within 2 system hospitals.
- Build and maintain a positive employee relations work culture for the organization through various programmatic vehicles, initiatives, and solutions.
Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience : Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations within a large and complex environment, within the healthcare field is strongly preferred.
Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
