Direct Hire Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead an infusion pharmacy location in Columbus, OH. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations including pharmacy, nursing, intake, revenue management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be a licensed pharmacist with strong leadership experience in home infusion and a proven ability to drive operational excellence, pliance, and patient outes.

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM

Start Date : ASAP

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day operations across pharmacy, nursing, intake, and business functions.

Partner with corporate sales and development teams to align local business strategy with organizational goals.

Monitor financial performance, evaluate P&L data, and implement improvement strategies.

Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management for subordinate managers and staff.

Ensure pliance with regulatory standards, accreditation processes, and internal policies.

Support patient care delivery by coordinating workflow for order generation, pounding, packing, and shipping.

Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure timely resolution of incident reports.

Provide efficient and courteous service to patients, payors, and referral sources.

Requirements :

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (PharmD or Masters degree in Pharmacy preferred).

Active and unrestricted Ohio Pharmacist license.

Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in home infusion.

Strong background in accreditation, pliance, and quality / performance improvement.

Advanced leadership, munication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
