What would “a day in the life” of this role look like?

Review Change Requests, test ServiceNow enhancements to the change process, facilitate meetings, support all Change Enablement users, create or update documentation

What interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager?

Must be a self-starter and independent but escalate and clarify with the manager from time to time. One can interact with Senior Leaders

What would you say is the top priority for the worker over the first few weeks / months?

Understanding Bread Financial Enterprise Technology Change Enablement process and audit requirements

What do you foresee being the biggest challenge in this role?

Understand the entire change process, its workflows, and continual improvements.
