We're looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Health & Safety Specialist to join our team in Trenton, SC. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our commitment to safety, providing leadership and expertise to ensure the well-being of our workers and the security of our facility. You will play a key role in helping us continue to produce some of the largest and best tires in the world, all while being a part of one of the safest tire plants within one of the safest tire companies.

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with flexible work hours, either 7 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m. or 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. The salary for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 per year , with an additional 10% annual bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Health & Safety Specialist, you will :

• Lead projects and processes of diverse scope, working independently with limited supervision.
• Coach and review the work of lower-level professionals, fostering their growth and development.
• Support continuous improvement and automation activities to enhance safety protocols.
• Use advanced analytical and technical problem-solving skills to develop new solutions for existing challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the safety and success of our operations.
