Key Responsibilities

• Lead Projects & Processes : Manage and execute projects of varying complexity with limited supervision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentorship & Guidance : Coach and review the work of junior professionals to ensure quality and skill development.
• Process Optimization : Support and implement continuous improvement and automation initiatives to drive efficiency.
• Analytical Problem Solving : Use advanced technical and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Build strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation with internal and external partners.

Required Qualifications
