Medical Malpractice Attorney (5+ years experience required)

The Fink Law Firm, P.C., a leading personal injury firm in the Greater NYC area is seeking an experienced medical malpractice attorney for our Garden City office.

This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical malpractice. We are searching for a dynamic self-starter and team player to join our growing firm.

• Responsibilities :
• Manage all aspects of plaintiff medical malpractice cases
• Perform legal research, draft motions, complaints, bills of particular, and other litigation documents
• Prepare for and defend plaintiff’s depositions and take defendant's depositions
• Attend court hearings
• Provide excellent service to all clients
• Requirements :
• 5+ years of medical malpractice experience
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Able to work under strict deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent research skills and oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate and high-quality work products
• Admitted in NY & in Good Standing
