If you excel in inspiring and motivating teams, managing guest interactions, and driving service excellence, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure swift and effective management of customer queues and assist with various guest inquiries.Coordinate communication between guests and staff, resolving concerns both remotely and in person.Oversee and handle any ticketing or guest relations issues during the event, documenting and addressing them appropriately.Manage daily guest services operations, including setup, take-down, and storage.Supervise front gate, box office and guest services boothsEnsure staffing levels, training, technical requirements meet expectations.Maintain uniform compliance and safety standards for the activations team.Create a welcoming and magical Christmas environment for all guests.Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in event management, experience in ticketing is preferred.Ability to stand for long periods and lift or push at least 25 lbs.Proficiency with computers, tablets, and phones.Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and self-directed.Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.Experience working with multiple leaders and navigating complex organizations.A strong passion for customer service and delivering outstanding results.Flexibility and creative problem-solving abilities.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Our venues span over 100,000 square feet.Must be able to frequently walk and stand for long durations.Must be able to lift 50lbs.
