We’re looking for an Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys being the organizational backbone of a small but mighty team.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate scheduling for sales appointments, installations, and service calls.
- Manage customer communications via phone, email, and CRM.
- Support the sales and operations team with documentation, permits, and follow-up.
- Maintain organized digital and paper files for quotes, invoices, and work orders.
- Assist leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, and process improvements.
Who You Are
Highly organized, personable, and proactive.Experienced in administrative support or customer service (preferably in construction, trades, or home improvement).Comfortable using office tools (Google Workspace, QuickBooks, CRMs, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A team player who can multitask and keep things moving efficiently.What We Offer
