Job descriptionOversee daily operations, including landscape maintenance and construction services. Ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity. Conduct site inspections to verify quality standards and resolve operational issues. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Proven experience in running a profit and loss statement. Monitor job costing, margins, and expenses to ensure profitability. Identify opportunities to improve cost control and resource utilization. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Support sales efforts, including proposals, bids, and contract negotiations. Identify upselling opportunities such as enhancements, irrigation upgrades, or seasonal services. Lead and mentor Account Managers, Operations Managers, and field leaders. Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans for team members. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards. Oversee safety audits, training, and corrective action plans. Promote environmentally responsible landscaping practices. Bachelors degree in Business, Landscape Management, Horticulture, or related field (preferred). Have owned their own Landscaping business (Preferred). Proven experience running 15mm+ Landscaping companies . 7+ years of experience in landscape operations or management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, Profit and Loss Statement management, job costing, and margin improvement. Proven leadership ability with experience managing multiple teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping practices. The Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and growth of the landscaping division. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality services, strong client relationships, and profitability across all accounts. The Division Manager provides leadership to operational teams, drives business development initiatives, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Work Environment
This position requires both office and fieldwork, including outdoor property visits in varying weather conditions. Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet operational and client needs.
