Behavior Technician

The Lighthouse Childrens Home is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. This role involves working directly with troubled girls aged 13-17 in a structured, supportive environment. The Behavior Technician will assist in implementing behavior intervention plans designed specifically for each resident to help improve their social, educational, and personal skills. This position requires a caring individual who is committed to the therapeutic goals of our home and can contribute effectively to our mission of guiding young girls towards brighter, more positive futures.
