ABA Behavior Technician

The Lighthouse Childrens Home is seeking a compassionate and driven ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Behavior Technician to join our dedicated team in transforming the lives of adolescent girls. In this role, you will implement behavior intervention plans designed specifically for each individual under your care, providing them not just therapy but a chance at a renewed, stable future. This position involves direct interaction, observation, and data collection under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
