Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled hunter to join our team as an experienced Territory Sales Manager with a strong background in PCR and molecular testing.

This role requires someone with a deep understanding of clinical diagnostics laboratories and capital equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
  • Strategically promote and sell AusDiagnostics' PCR and molecular testing products and services.
  • Leverage an extensive network within clinical diagnostics laboratories to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to clients and potential customers.
  • Offer exceptional post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting for customers.
  • Attend and represent AusDiagnostics at industry conferences and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and materials.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to adapt and refine sales approaches.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a strong focus on PCR testing, molecular testing, and capital equipment sales.
  • Extensive network within clinical diagnostics laboratories.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
