Call Center Agent
This is a remote position. The Call Center Agent will be answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Duties and responsibilities include managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations, identifying the needs of the client and finding solutions to it, and answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Working conditions include being remote, shift-based in a Call Center that works 24 / 7, and operating in the Pacific Time Zone.
Requirements include computer specifications such as minimum Intel specs, main internet speed requirements, and power backup. For computer specifications, the processor should be a Core i7 8th generation (and above) or Core i5 10th generation (and above) with a minimum of 12 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD or higher storage. Graphics should be 2 GB memory. For main internet speed, jitter should be below 10ms, latency below 160ms, upload more than 25mbps, and download more than 40 mbps. Power backup must be reliable to sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift) such as generators, solar panels, or portable power inverters (UPS is not enough). Internet backup (secondary internet) should have jitter below 10ms, latency below 160ms, upload minimum of 25mbps, and download minimum of 25mbps. Power and internet backup is a must.
