Associate Attorney - Personal Injury and Insurance Defense
Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Attorney with one to three years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for defending personal injury and insurance defense matters.
Responsibilities :
- Provide effective legal representation for clients in personal injury and insurance defense cases.
- Manage a caseload from inception to resolution, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, motions practice, hearings, and trials.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case progress, discuss strategies, and address concerns.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations as required.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- One to three years of experience practicing law, with a focus on personal injury and insurance defense matters preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
