Job Summary

The RFP Writer plays a key role in driving WorkCare's growth by managing and producing high-quality, compliant, and persuasive responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and related sales documentation. This position collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure proposals accurately represent WorkCare's capabilities, align with client needs, and reflect our brand voice and business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the full RFP response process from intake to submission, including review, content development, editing, formatting, and delivery.
• Interpret and analyze client requirements to ensure complete, compliant, and competitive responses.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments to gather and refine technical, operational, and clinical information.
• Maintain and continuously update a centralized content library for standard RFP responses, company boilerplate, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and compliance with brand and style guidelines.
• Track and report on RFP activity, win rates, and key insights to improve proposal quality and efficiency.
• Support related business development initiatives, such as customized sales decks, proposal templates, and capability statements.
• Identify opportunities to improve the RFP process and support automation, content management, and quality control efforts.

This position has a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually. Final compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
