Qual Assurance II
Arcosa Wind Towers is looking for Quality ISO Coordinator. The Quality ISO Coordinator is responsible for the on-going coordination and compliance to the ISO standard to include training, performing audits, process improvement and communicating with the onsite Quality Manager.
Drive Quality Management System compliance and improvement opportunities to ensure our processes and products meet customer and industry specifications. Monitor and analyze performance and quality data from various sources to drive root cause / corrective actions and process adherence. Work with other departments and teams to foster and maintain a company-wide quality culture. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to effectively write, review, and clearly articulate product / process information, as well as communicate cross departmentally.

What you'll do :
- Internally audit manufacturing processes to documented procedures.
- Host and escort first- second- and third-party auditors through the company QMS and manufacturing processes on and off the production floor.
- Manage document control for the production floor.
- Issue and maintain training for all plant personnel.
- Analyze and report quality issues and key performance indicators.
- Maintain and improve documentation and assets.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining product documentation, technical guides, and user manuals.
- Analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing business systems.
- Confer with all personnel involved to analyze current operational procedures and identify gaps.
- Gather symptoms of a problem, formally define the problem, and document information from a variety of sources.
- Develop project plans when necessary to facilitate successful completion of changes, and / or new implementations.
- Provide suggestions for improvements and assist in implementing changes.
- Interact with other departments when appropriate to fulfill various tasks.
- Communicates effectively in written and spoken formats.
- Exhibits good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Periodic visits to the manufacturing floor with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, and dust environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need :
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required with commensurate experience.2 plus years of relevant and related work experience within quality in a manufacturing environment, preferably in heavy industrial manufacturingA thorough understanding and proficiency with ISO Standards ISO 9001Experience with supporting auditing effortsKnowledge of production processes and equipmentExperience and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, environmental database applications, and creating / delivering presentations.Ability to analyze information and strong data reporting skills.Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.Works effectively in a team environment.Works effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.Able to set tasks.Working Conditions :
This is an individual contributor role.Full-time (Exempt) Position, hours : M-F 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM (schedule is subject to change based on business need.
