Quantum Space is seeking a Capital Formation Lead to architect our fundraising strategy and investor engagement during this pivotal Series B raise and beyond. This individual will be the CEO's right hand in crafting our financial narrative, building investor confidence, and unlocking the capital needed to achieve our mission.

Own the end-to-end fundraising strategy for the Series B and future rounds.

Build and manage relationships with VCs, growth equity, PE, strategic investors, sovereign wealth funds, and crossover capital.

Craft and deliver compelling narratives that position Quantum Space as the category leader in in-space logistics and infrastructure.

Lead diligence, structuring, and closing processes in partnership with CEO, COO, and legal advisors.

Identify and secure capital partnerships that accelerate commercial, civil, and defense adoption.

Track space / defense capital flows, valuations, and investor trends to inform strategy.

10+ years of experience in capital formation, corporate development, venture capital, or investment banking.

Track record of leading or directly contributing to $100M+ equity raises at Series B or later.

Deep investor network across space, dual-use, defense tech, and growth equity.

Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently engage LPs, funds, and strategic partners.

Operatorinvestor hybrid background strongly preferred (e.g., VC / PE experience combined with space / defense operating role).

Exceptional communication, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.

Work side-by-side with the CEO, board, and world-class technical leaders.

Direct exposure to top-tier investors shaping the future of aerospace and defense.
