Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple teams working on client assignments and projects simultaneously
- Teacher / mentor to staff members help them develop strategic goals in line with department goals and manage / monitor workload
- Contribute to conception and execution of firm initiatives
- Contribute to business development efforts, assisting with proposals and building a network
- Responsible for ensuring that clients understand the complete scope of their accounting, tax and business issues
- Anticipate issues, plan for their resolution and ensure appropriate and timely execution against the engagement plan
- Create technical memos and develop / lead training on specialized technical issues
- Manage engagement budgets, communicate change orders
- Identify client needs and opportunities to better serve our clients
- Develop more efficient job processes and expanded services utilizing the talents of other Sensiba specialists
