  • Experience : 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
  • Certification : EPA certification required (NATE certification is a bonus)
  • Physical Ability : Comfortable lifting 50-75 pounds, handling ladders, and working in tight spaces
  • Communication Skills : Friendly, professional, and able to explain HVAC issues clearly to customers
