Our client, a leading organization in the beauty industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist - Supply Chain to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist - Supply Chain, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage relationships with third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by monitoring order progression from receipt through delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and analyze process metrics to drive simplification and efficiency.
• Produce monthly KPI tracking, working collaboratively with both internal and external partners to problem solve for improvement.
